Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on used items or items that have been opened unless they are defective.
Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate items unless there is a defect in the product.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Intimate products (such as vibrators, dildos, or any personal care items), unless defective
- Opened or used items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at info@vibratoy.shop with your order details. Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the process. Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer.
Return Processing Fee: A processing/restocking fee of 25% per item will apply to all returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to be posted.
- Contact your bank as processing times may vary.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at info@vibratoy.shop.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Additional Information:
- Returns must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging.
- All returns will incur a 25% processing & restocking fee per item returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
